HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY TAGS?
Tags are mailed within 2 business days. You should have them within 10 days!

WHAT CAN I PUT ON MY TAGS?
Anything you want! (No obscenities please)

WHAT CHARACTERS ARE AVILABLE ON EMBOSSED TAGS?
All capital letters, numbers and the characters * ( ) . & , - / # That's it. Sorry.

HOW MANY SPACES ARE AVAILABLE?
Embossed tags allow 15 characters and spaces per line. Each number, character and vacant space counts as one space. There are 5 lines available. Engraved tags can usually allow 18 characters per line.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA CHAINS OR SILENCERS?

SAFETY TAGS respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any third parties. Any information you give us about yourself or others is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

We DO NOT sell or release mailing lists. We appreciate your business and respect your privacy. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We want to hear from you!

Using your credit card at SAFETY TAGS is completely safe.
When you use your credit card to shop at "Soldiertags.com", rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.

We guarantee your order to be correct and to your satisfaction. If not, let us know how we can fix it for you. We fix our mistakes for free. We want our customers to keep coming back. Our commitment to you is to gain a customer who trusts us with their needs and refers us to their friends and peers with confidence.

Customized items are not returnable unless defective. We will however work with you to correct any problems and appreciate your feedback.

Exchanges for size are made for non-custom orders when the item is returned in new condition (not worn) within 30 days. We do not accept the return of used/worn merchandise unless defective. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Non customized special order items may be returned within 10 days.

Call customer support for a return authorization number before returning merchandise.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned that are not inventoried in our regular stock.

Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is collected for Washington State Residents only. Washington Residents who are tax exempt may fax a copy of their exemption to us at (253) 852-5992 in advance or for a retroactive refund within 10 days of sale.

Pre-Order policy
Custom orders require pre-payment at the time of order.

Pricing and Availability policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you if an item is backordered and the new anticipated availability date. You will have the option to keep the backorder or receive a refund.

Errors and Omissions Policy
We do try to provide all information correct and timely. We cannot however be responsible for manufacturer shortages, color variations or backorders or acts of God. We do however try to please you and God at the same time!

Payment must be paid in full by Cash/Check/Credit Card prior to shipping. Schools and Government Agencies may use Purchase Orders/net 30.

Shipping and Delivery
Retail Orders:
Retail orders are usually shipped in 1-2 working days following receipt of your order (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped via First Class U.S. Mail unless Priority Mail is specified. Backorders will be notified.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped via Air Mail. Air Mail is not tracked.
Commercial Orders:
Bulk and stock design orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours. A specific shipping date can be guaranteed by calling our service desk at (206) 226-7757.
Rush Orders:
Our goal is to provide the service and product you need, when you need it. Let us know your special requirements and we will outline how we can fulfill your task. Your mission is our mission!

Returning an Item
We guarantee your order to be correct and to your satisfaction. If not, let us know how we can fix it for you. We fix our mistakes for free. We have always made our customers happy! Canceling an Order
Non-Custom orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Custom orders may only be cancelled if they have not been set-up. Art charges may still apply.

Phone orders are always welcome. Please let us walk you through your order process personally. Our office hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday –Friday Pacific Standard Time.

Status of Your Order

Tracking your package
Retail Packages are only tracked when you specify Priority Mail or UPS in advance. Wholesale orders are tracked upon request.

  1. When you see an item you want to buy, click on "add to cart." This places the item in your shopping cart.
  2. To continue shopping, select "continue shopping."
  3. When you're finished shopping, go to the shopping basket page and select your payment and shipping options. 
  4. In Checkout, you will be asked for your name, billing address, credit card number, and shipping address. After supplying Shipping and Billing information.
  5. Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including shipping charges. Here's where you need to supply your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
  6. If all the information is correct, click the "Authorize Payment." If any of the information is incorrect, you can click back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.
  7. Once you have verified everything, click on "Authorize Payment." After a few seconds, you'll see a page confirming your order and giving you an Order Number to use if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.
